Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During times of high volume, such as festive seasons or new limited-edition launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order begins its journey.
Temperature-Controlled Shipping
Because artisanal dark chocolate is highly sensitive to heat, we use insulated packaging and non-toxic cold packs for all domestic shipments. This ensures your chocolate arrives with its characteristic snap and glossy finish intact, regardless of the climate.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Domestic delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over ₹2000 as a gesture of gratitude for your patronage.
Tracking Your Rhythm
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can follow the journey of your beans and chocolate from our hills to your kitchen at any time.
