Refund & Cancellation Policy - Spices, chocolates and others
At Rhythm Bites, we take immense pride in the quality of our artisanal chocolates and estate coffee. We have established these guidelines to ensure the highest standards of safety and service for our community. By placing an order, you agree to the rhythm of our workshop policies outlined below.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Since we ship fresh from Coorg, orders that have already entered the production or tempered phase cannot be cancelled. Email hub@rhythmbites.com with your order number to proceed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health safety regulations regarding food items, Rhythm Bites does not accept returns or exchanges. We take every precaution to ensure your order leaves our workshop in peak condition, secured in climate-controlled transit packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives compromised or if you receive the incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours. Include your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video of the package. Verification precedes any replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error originated from our workshop side.
